Inspection before payment and 12-month warranty

1. Customers have the right to inspect the product thoroughly before accepting and paying.
   
2. All watches come with a 12-month warranty covering the movement mechanism only.
   
3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, breakage, scratches, or water damage.
   
4. Please note: the watches are not water-resistant, so proper care is required during use.

Returns within 3 days of receiving the order

1. Customers have the right to return their product within 3 days of receiving it.
   
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
   
3. If the product has a manufacturing defect or issue, it can be returned at no additional cost.
   

Exchanges within 14 days for manufacturing defects

1. Customers may exchange their product within 14 days of receipt if a manufacturing defect is found.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
